Print a copy of your biography page, if one exists on this website.

Make notes of what should be revised. Use the printed copy and your notes as a draft of what you want to include on your biography page.

Click on 'Update your information' (at the top of the page)

Fill in each field completely, and include all the information exactly as it should appear in each field.

The web editor will replace what exists on your current page with the information you provide in your update. The web editor will not merge the information you send in the update with existing information.

Example:

This is probably NOT what you intended:

• Your existing biography page indicates that you received academic honors in 2002, and in 2003.
• The information you provide on the update is that you received academic honors in 2004.
• The updated biography page will indicate that you received academic honors in 2004.

You probably intended:

• Your existing biography page indicates that you received academic honors in 2002, and in 2003.
• The information you provide on the update is that you received academic honors in 2002, 2003 and 2004.
• The updated biography will indicate that you received academic honors in 2002, 2003 and 2004.
